Terms of Service — Life Path Calculator AI

Lifepathcalculator.ai is operated by Anchor 163 LLC, a California limited liability company headquartered in Mill Valley, California (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”).

1. Acceptance. By accessing lifepathcalculator.ai, purchasing a report, or using this Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between you and Anchor 163 LLC. If you don't agree to all of them, don't use the Service.

2. Service Description. The Service generates personalized numerology reports based on your birthdate and name. Reports are produced by automated systems including AI language models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Google Gemini) and are intended for personal entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

3. Not Professional Advice. Our reports are for reflection and entertainment — not professional guidance. Do not rely on your report to make major decisions about your health, finances, relationships, career, legal matters, or any other important life area. If you're facing something that matters, talk to a licensed professional. We're numerology, not a therapist or advisor.

4. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. Do not submit information about another person without their explicit permission.

5. Payment and Delivery. Reports are priced at the rate shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase, charged via Stripe. Reports are typically delivered to your email within minutes of purchase; if delivery is delayed beyond 24 hours, please contact support. We are not responsible for delays caused by your email provider or payment processor. Download links expire 7 days after issue.

6. Refunds. We offer a 7-day satisfaction refund. See our Refund Policy for details. If you're genuinely dissatisfied, email support within 7 days and we'll refund you.

7. Your License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read your report for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit your report or any part of it.

8. Intellectual Property. We own the Service structure, calculation methodology, templates, and AI-generated text. You retain all rights to your personal information (name, birthdate, email). You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service or reports.

9. Disclaimers. The Service and reports are provided as-is. We make no warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Technology breaks sometimes. Reports are for reflection only.

10. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the price of the report that gave rise to your claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification. Don't use this Service to submit someone else's information without their permission, and don't use it for anything illegal. If you do and we get sued as a result, you'll cover our reasonable legal costs. Keep it ethical and you won't have a problem.

12. Service Availability. We aim for continuous uptime but don't guarantee the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available 24/7. We may take the Service offline for maintenance or fixes without notice. We are not liable for service interruptions.

13. Suspension and Termination. We may suspend your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or submit false or unauthorized information. We may also terminate your access with 30 days' written notice, or immediately for violations.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any dispute between us will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules, administered in San Francisco County. You agree not to participate in class action lawsuits against us, and you waive your right to a jury trial.

Arbitration Opt-Out. You have the right to opt out of the binding arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase. To opt out, email support@lifepathcalculator.ai with your full name, email, and order number within that window. If you opt out, all other Terms remain in effect; disputes will be resolved in court instead of arbitration.

15. Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, or major service provider outages.

16. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

17. Entire Agreement and Changes. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
