Lifepathcalculator.ai is operated by Anchor 163 LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), a California limited liability company. Refunds, when issued, are issued by Anchor 163 LLC.

Your numerology report is a personalized digital product — we generate it on-demand and send it straight to your inbox. Because it's digital and immediate, we have limits on refunds. But we stand behind the quality: if it misses the mark, we'll make it right.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Genuinely let down? Email support@lifepathcalculator.ai within 7 days of purchase (from the email address you used to buy), include your order number, and we'll refund you to your original payment method. Refunds typically land in 5-10 business days; debit cards may be faster, international cards can take up to 14 days.

Fair use:

• One refund per customer per calendar year. This protects against fraud while respecting that real customers sometimes buy twice (once for themselves, once as a gift). We evaluate each purchase on its own.
• When a refund is processed, we disable the online download link. Any PDF you've already downloaded remains on your device — we ask that you treat it as confidential and don't share or resell it, per our Terms of Service.
• Refund requests after 7 days are case-by-case. We'll still help if we can, but there's no guarantee.
• We may deny refunds if we identify patterns of abuse — specifically: three or more refund requests in a 12-month period, evidence of report resale, or purchases followed by refund within 24 hours. We explain our reasoning and give you a chance to appeal.

Report not received? Check your spam or junk folder for the email from readings@lifepathcalculator.ai. If it's genuinely missing, email support — we'll resend at no cost, and this doesn't count against your refund. If delivery fails after two resend attempts, we refund your purchase in full, no questions asked.

Accidental duplicate purchase? If you bought twice by mistake, email us within one hour and we'll refund the duplicate immediately. It won't count against your one-refund-per-year.

Chargebacks. Before disputing a charge with your bank, please reach out to us first — we'd much rather resolve this directly. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support, we will present your transaction record, IP address (logged per our Privacy Policy), and delivery confirmation to your card issuer.

EU / UK right of withdrawal. If you're in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw. Because you requested immediate delivery of a digital product and accepted this at checkout, you waive this right once your report is generated. If you wish to exercise the withdrawal right before we generate your report, contact us immediately with your order number.
