Lifepathcalculator.ai is operated by Anchor 163 LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), a California limited liability company headquartered in Mill Valley, California. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use the Service.

What We Collect

We collect your name, short name, birthdate, email address, IP address, and device/browser data. We also receive Stripe billing details needed for payment processing, including card metadata such as last-4 digits, but we do not store full card numbers.

How We Use It

We use this information to generate your numerology report, deliver your PDF, prevent fraud and abuse, provide customer support, and improve the product experience. We log IP addresses to prevent fraud and to defend against chargeback disputes.

Third-Party Processors

We use Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting and infrastructure, and GA4 for analytics. To generate report content, your name and birthdate are sent to AI providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Gemini. This disclosure is required for GDPR transparency.

Retention

AI response files are retained for 90 days. Email records may be retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested. Stripe billing records are retained under Stripe's own policies.

Your Rights (CCPA/GDPR)

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data by contacting support@lifepathcalculator.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Children

This Service is not intended for and may not be used by anyone under 18 years of age. The checkout flow blocks under-18 birthdates at the first step, in compliance with COPPA and Stripe's terms.
